WE’RE HERE TO HELP

A little support.

Email support@tinyworld.tech with your app version, iPhone model and a brief description. Please leave baby records and medical details out of support messages.

Where is my data?

Your journal is saved locally. When you enable Pro iCloud sync in Baby → Family, it also syncs through your Apple Account. Check that iCloud is signed in and available, open the app and tap Sync now. If you change Apple Accounts, syncing pauses until you enable it again.

Invite another caregiver

The Pro subscriber opens Baby → Family → Invite or manage caregivers. Invited people need Little Days and an iCloud account. They do not need a separate subscription to collaborate in the owner’s shared household. Every invited caregiver can view and edit all baby journals in that household.

Restore an existing journal

Use Baby → Family → Download existing cloud journal for an existing iCloud copy. For a saved JSON backup, use Settings → Restore from backup. Manual restore replaces local journals and pauses cloud sync so you can review the restored data first.

Pro purchase or cancellation

Use Restore purchases on the Pro screen with the same Apple Account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Plans renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Apple handles billing and refund requests via Report a Problem.

What happens after Pro expires?

Your saved journals remain readable and exportable. Free logging continues. New cloud uploads and Pro tools require an active owner subscription; existing cloud data can be downloaded.

Back up before changing devices

Use Settings → Save a full backup and keep the JSON file in a location you trust. CSV is useful for reading your journal but cannot be imported as a full backup. Sync mirrors edits and deletions; it is not an independent historical backup.

Delete cloud data or leave a family

In Baby → Family, the owner can delete the iCloud copy, or a caregiver can leave the shared household. Local records remain. Delete the app separately if you want to remove its local data. Exports and backups must be removed where they were saved.

Widgets and live timers

Enable them in Settings → Widgets & Live Activities, then add a Little Days widget from your Home Screen. Live timers depend on iPhone support and system permissions. Turn the option off to clear widget information.

Health questions

Little Days describes what you log. For medical concerns or feeding advice, contact your care team.
