Your family.
Your choices.
This policy covers Little Days: Care Journal for iPhone, provided by TinyWorld. The app is intended for adult parents and caregivers.
1. Your journal on your device
Baby names or nicknames, birthdays, selected avatars, feeding and sleep records, diaper logs, growth measurements, milestones, notes, caregiver display names and preferences are saved in the app’s protected local storage. Device backups may include these files according to your Apple settings.
2. Optional iCloud sync and sharing
If you enable sync, your household journal is sent to Apple CloudKit and stored in your private iCloud database. If you invite a caregiver or join a shared household, its members can view and edit every baby profile and record in that household. Invitations use Apple’s iCloud sharing controls. Use nicknames and share only with people you trust.
Sync runs while the app is open and when you return to it; offline edits are kept locally until a successful sync. Sync mirrors edits and deletions, so it is not a versioned backup. Save an independent manual backup when needed. We do not operate a server that receives your journals or use journal content for advertising.
3. Purchases
Apple processes optional Pro subscriptions and payments. The app reads Apple-signed transaction information to check access, restore purchases and determine expiration. It stores the owner’s Pro expiration with a shared household so invited caregivers can use shared features. TinyWorld does not receive your payment card details. Apple maintains purchase history independently.
4. Widgets, reminders and exports
Notifications require your permission. Widgets and Live Activities are optional and can display the selected baby’s name, care counts or active timers on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Anyone able to see those screens may see that information. Turn them off in app settings to clear their data and end live timers.
CSV, JSON, PDF and keepsake exports may contain personal journal information. They leave the app when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Recipients and services you choose handle their copies under their own policies.
5. No ads or tracking
Little Days has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. It does not request an advertising identifier, contacts, location, camera or microphone. Apple may process diagnostics and TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings.
6. Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it. You can delete individual care records in the app. The household owner can use Baby → Family → Delete iCloud copy to remove the cloud household and revoke its shared access. A caregiver can leave the shared household. Local copies on other devices and exports are not remotely erased.
Pause sync before removing local data. Deleting the app removes its local storage, but does not automatically delete iCloud copies, exports or device backups. Manage those separately. Deleting cloud data cannot be undone; save a backup first if needed. Subscription cancellation is separate from data deletion and is managed in Apple Account subscription settings.
7. Support and website
If you email support@tinyworld.tech, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can answer. Avoid including baby records, medical information, passwords or payment details. We retain correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; you can request deletion by email. This support website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information such as IP addresses and request headers to serve and protect the site. There are no analytics scripts on these pages.
8. Contact and changes
Questions or data requests: support@tinyworld.tech. We update this page when practices change and explain material changes where appropriate.
